Chef Greg Pieper, tipped as one of Australia’s finest emerging chefs. Greg has recently has recently been appointed Executive Chef of the iconic Jindabyne Restaurant Brumby Bar & Grill.

Greg originally relocated to the Snowy Mountains in 2010, With six years at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa leading the teams in both Cuisine Restaurant & Bar + Alpine Larder. Cuisine currently holds its fifth consecutive Chef’s Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG).

As Executive Chef of Far North Coast Fine Diner Bamboo Restaurant & Bar (2006-10), Greg was awarded three consecutive Chef’s Hats by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide, four consecutive Stars by the Courier Mail Good Food Guide, three consecutive Plates by Restaurant and Catering NSW and was named Chef of the Year for four consecutive years by the Gold Coast Restaurant Industry Awards.

Greg’s food is best described as Contemporary Australian, an innovative approach matching unconventional flavour combinations; Greg’s philosophy is simply just putting the right flavours together to tell an unforgettable story.
